One of Above Eleven’s highlights is its Peruvian-Japanese, or Nikkei, cuisine, which combines Peruvian flavours and ingredients with Japanese culinary techniques. The menu features dishes such as Ceviche, Tiradito, Sushi, Sashimi, and contemporary Peruvian creations with fresh, vibrant, tangy, and spicy flavours. The restaurant also offers signature drinks such as Pisco Sour, along with creative cocktails inspired by Peruvian and Japanese culture.
